Mr. Ranga Iyer is a very respected Advisor / Consultant to various Companies in the Pharma Industry. Mr. Iyer is also an Independent Director on the Boards of Sanofi India Ltd and Atul Biosciences Ltd, Chairman of Cybernoid Healthcare Pvt Ltd and Advisory Board of CDC and Advent. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Wyeth Limited.
Mr. Iyer was the President of OPPI and is also on the Managing Committee Member of Bombay Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, World Pharmaceutical Frontiers, Britain’s foremost pharmaceutical magazine, ranked Mr. Iyer, 33rd in its annual list for 2009 of the 40 most influential people globally in the industry as judged by industry experts.
Dhananjay Date

Mr. Dhananjay Date currently sits on the Board of Kotak Insurance. He was the Managing Director of Swiss Re, one of the largest Re-insurance companies in the world. He joined Swiss Re in 1996 in Zurich and then went on to do a stint in Swiss Re’s London office in 2002. He came to India in 2003 and became MD of India operations. He started his insurance career in New India Assurance Co. in 1982 and worked within and outside India during his 14 years stint at the company. Mr. Date is a graduate from St Stephens College, Delhi and a Chartered Insurer.
Allen Sequeira

Mr. Sequeira has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and has expertise in the field of HR strategy and leadership development. He was instrumental in creating a talent management process and succession planning architecture at Mahindra. Prior to joining Mahindra, he was Head of HR at Castrol India. Allen has also worked with Tata Sons and ACC serving various HR roles from operations to strategy. He is credited with establishing a Group Center for Learning & Development at Mahindra Group.
