Naghma is a seasoned Search and Talent Acquisition professional with more than 20 years of experience placing high impact leaders who went on to build great companies. Her experience spans across IT Services, FMCG, Retail, Telecom, and Start-Ups.

Namrata is a seasoned HR leader with over 33 years of experience over four organizations with multi-industry expertise predominantly in airlines, pharmaceutical and express transportation. She has been responsible for people initiatives including talent acquisition and development, workforce strategy, and building and strengthening the organization’s culture.
